Weekly or One-Time Dog Poop Cleanup: Which Fits Your Yard?
The right cleanup plan depends on how your dogs use the yard and how much upkeep you want to handle between visits. For Indianapolis-area homeowners, the useful comparison is between a recurring maintenance schedule and a single cleanup—not a headline price without the yard details behind it.
Here is how to work out what fits your property before requesting service.
Start with the space that actually needs scooping
Walk through the outdoor areas your dogs use. A fenced backyard may be the whole job, but some homes also need a side run, front lawn or patio included. The total lot size is not necessarily the cleanup area: the house and areas that do not need scooping should not be counted as service space.
Make a note of your dog count, approximate cleanup area and each separate section you want serviced. Include hard surfaces where cleanup is needed and explain any gates or access instructions. These details help the requested plan reflect the work you actually want.
Choose recurring service for ongoing upkeep
Recurring scooping gives the yard a regular maintenance routine. Purge Pros offers weekly, twice-weekly and every-other-week options for eligible plans. Available schedules and prices depend on your dog count, cleanup area and selected sections.
Think about how heavily your dogs use the space, whether children or guests share the yard, and how much scooping you want to do yourself between visits. A more frequent schedule may suit a heavily used yard; the price tool shows the options available for your inputs.
Starting examples for one dog, up to ⅛ acre and one service area are $19.99 per weekly visit or $15.99 per twice-weekly visit. These are per-visit examples, not monthly bills or a quote for every property. Check your own details for your plan price.
Choose a one-time cleanup when you need one visit
A one-time cleanup can make sense when you want a single visit before using the yard again or plan to handle ongoing scooping yourself.
Purge Pros one-time cleanup is $89.99 for the first 30 minutes, then $1 per actual additional minute. The base deposit is charged when the on-the-way ETA text is sent. Applicable extra time is billed after completion. One-time cleanups are priced on their own, separately from recurring service.
Built-up waste does not mean you have to choose one-time service
If you want ongoing service, new recurring customers pay no start-up fee. Your regular visit price applies from the first cleanup, with up to two hours (120 minutes) of cleanup included, even when the yard has built up.
Once per household, with service history and custom scope reviewed before booking. There are no minimum visits or cancellation fee. If a yard looks like it needs more than two hours, we tell you before we start and agree on the extra time with you first, at $1 per minute. See the full service terms.
Check the ZIP, then confirm the route
A successful ZIP check lets you build a price request. It does not reserve a recurring day. Our team reviews the full address and available route capacity before confirming the schedule and sending secure payment setup instructions.
You do not need to share contact details to see standard eligible pricing, and nothing is charged in the online price check. Requests with 10 or more dogs, more than an acre of cleanup area, or commercial or kennel needs follow the custom-estimate path.
Know what happens on service day
Approved recurring visits include a methodical search of the selected areas, collection and haul-away of dog waste, arrival communication and a gate-closure photo after completion. Keep the agreed areas accessible and share pet or property instructions before the visit.
