From Price Check to Confirmed Dog Waste Service: What Happens Next

September 20, 2026•2 min read

Seeing a price should make the next step clearer. It should not leave you wondering whether a visit was booked, whether a card was charged or whether someone still needs to review the address. Purge Pros separates the online price check from the team’s service confirmation.

Here is how to understand the stages and what information is useful at each one.

First, check the service ZIP

Enter the ZIP for the property that needs pickup. A supported result allows you to continue describing the yard. It does not guarantee a route slot or a particular weekday. If the result is unsupported, check for a typo, or text or call about an address near the service boundary.

Do not use a different ZIP to push a request through. The team still needs to review the actual address. You can also browse the service areas before starting.

Build the plan and read the price

For a standard eligible setup, select dog count, frequency, cleanup area and serviced sections. The tool shows the per-visit price before contact information is required. Take a moment to check that the inputs match the yard.

Read the first-cleanup terms separately from ongoing maintenance. New recurring customers pay no start-up fee; the first cleanup is a paid visit at the regular per-visit price, with up to two hours (120 minutes) of cleanup included. Larger, commercial or otherwise custom scopes need a custom estimate. Our pricing guide explains the main distinctions.

Submit a request the team can review

Your contact details and full service address allow the team to review the request and discuss the available day. Include useful scope or access context, and make sure the email and phone details are accurate.

A submitted request is not the same as a confirmed appointment. If you need to correct something, contact the team with the correction instead of repeatedly starting new requests for the same property.

Approve the service arrangement

The team reviews the address, route capacity and requested work before confirming a service day. Ask any remaining questions about the scope, first visit, ongoing rate and access arrangement at this point.

Secure payment setup comes after you approve the proposed service arrangement. Nothing is charged merely because you use the online price check. Billing for agreed service follows the current terms; the estimate screen itself is not a payment receipt.

Prepare for the confirmed first visit

Once the service arrangement is confirmed, check the entrance, agreed pet arrangement and included yard sections. The first-visit checklist helps you get those details ready.

You can read the dog waste removal service page or start a ZIP and price check. If something is unclear, text (317) 961-5865 or call the team. The aim is a service plan you understand before work begins, with the request and confirmation clearly distinguished.
